So iconic it's painted along the side of our parking garage: "Famous Hainan Chicken since 1982." Moist, slow-poached chicken served with fragrant rice steamed in chicken broth — elegantly simple, deeply satisfying.
The dish comes with three sauces: our signature ginger-scallion spread (especially potent — ask for extra), a sweet soy, and our house chili sauce. Every element made fresh daily.
